1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly and we will notify customers via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

4. International Shipping

Zorvella LLC may ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sales@zorvela.store.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Zorvella LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
